Columbia Threadneedle Foundation is pleased to be a founding supporter of AT The Bus. We look for long-term partnerships with charities that can address critical social issues and drive lasting social change, by delivering measurable improvement to individual lives and the broader community. Like investing, we look for charities that have a sound strategic vision and purpose, a great management team and a business model that is both scaleable and sustainable.

Having supported The Art Room for several years, we have seen the impact of the Beattie methodology. By providing a mobile facility, AT The Bus will significantly broaden the reach of this proven therapeutic intervention, giving more children access to the support they need. AT The Bus is an innovative solution that we think has huge potential, in the hands of an outstanding and committed team.

Also important for us is a strong and open working relationship, with opportunities for our employees to provide a meaningful contribution through pro bono support and other involvement. The relationship we have with the AT The Bus team is a true partnership, that is built around mutual benefit and an understanding of the needs and priorities of both parties.

We are excited to be involved at the start and look forward to the journey from here.
