For the facilitator and manager roles, you must have worked in a relevant setting with children and young people, ideally with some experience of complex needs.

Roles are part-time (school term-time only). We are looking for candidates to work flexibly across studios in either Oxfordshire (primarily Oxford city) or London. Successful candidates must commit to at least two days per week, with the potential to extend in the future. Exact working days (Mon-Fri) depend on the specific role and location offered and will be explored as part of your interview(s). Please state your current availability (Mon-Fri) as part of your application.
Start date: to be in post by the summer term (22nd April 2025) or as soon as possible

Interviews: Shortlisted candidates will be contacted ahead of first round interviews, which are likely to take place w/c 24th February online. Second round interviews likely to be held in person in Oxford and London w/c 3rd March.
