AT The Bus seeking dynamic Co-CEO

AT The Bus is currently recruiting for the pivotal role of Co-CEO (Business & Strategy) to co-lead the charity in its next exciting phase of growth alongside Founder and Co-CEO Juli Beattie OBE.

Founded in 2018, AT The Bus has grown rapidly, from a small two person operation working in a single school to now including a team of 30 specialist facilitators supporting around 1000 children each year in 12 primary and secondary schools in Oxfordshire and London. Demand for our work is huge, with an escalating crisis in children’s mental health. The role of Co-CEO is an exciting opportunity for someone to lead the charity, working alongside its inspirational Founder to strengthen the implementation and impact of our critical work.

The Chief Executive(s) will provide inspirational leadership and strategic direction to AT The Bus,

ensuring delivery of its charitable objectives and sustainability. They will be jointly accountable for

the charity’s impact, financial health, partnerships, fundraising, operations, and governance.
